On each Profile page, you will find a picture of Mr. Congresshead to remind the viewer that it is the people who work beneath the Dome who have the power to greatly relieve the pressure of ever-worsening congestion and sprawl in the lives of Americans.

The Congressional Profiles on NumbersUSA allow citizens to hold their Members of Congress accountable for their actions by noting every action that favors higher population growth and every action that attempts to reduce U.S. population growth.

On each Member's page, Mr. Congresshead has his hand on the lever either increasing or decreasing U.S. population size, depending on the actions of the Member. You will find how that Member has used her or his power to increase population growth or to relieve congestion -- to depress wages or to relieve conditions for the working man and woman. The net effect of their actions is represented by Mr. Congresshead's action.
